For optimal dissolving results, a VXL EX concentration of 2-3 % in the dissolving bath is recommended — that is, 25 g of VXL EX (= approx. 2-3 tablespoons) per liter of water.
Please note: If the total amount of support material (already dissolved and still to be dissolved) approaches or exceeds the amount of VXL EX originally added, the solution becomes saturated and should be replaced with a fresh bath. This ensures consistent dissolving performance.
A single 1 kg bottle of VXL EX is sufficient for preparing approximately 45 liters of dissolving solution and can dissolve 1 kg of VXL support material.
