The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 was developed specifically for high-performance engineering materials. It combines drying, annealing, and storage in one device – enabling endless creativity and perfect material performance.
POWERFUL ANNEALING
With temperatures of up to 110 °C, the E2 is suitable for almost all engineering filaments, such as ABS, PC, ASA, PA, carbon-fiber-reinforced, and flame-retardant materials. The result is parts with greater impact resistance, toughness, and dimensional stability.
FAST DRYING WITH 500 W POWER
The PTC heater reaches 50 °C in just 20 minutes and 70 °C in 30 minutes, ensuring highly efficient drying and even heat distribution.
OPTIMIZED SEALING AND INSULATION
A silicone seal and magnetic closure system prevent moisture from entering.
The three-zone heating design maintains constant temperatures exceeding 100 °C for optimal results.
LARGE INTERIOR & HIGH COMPATIBILITY
Supports spools up to Ø 250 × 153 mm, compatible with most 1 – 3 kg spools on the market.
UNIVERSAL & SAFE
Compatible with 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments and includes PTFE tubes.
A dual-stage safety system protects against overheating, while double insulation keeps the external surface below 60 °C.
